I play Gta Online a lot. Free Mode is the best part in my opinion. But when I join a game, I will get a message saying, "Your NAT Type is too strict" about 50% of the time. Other times, I will get a message saying "The connection to one or more of the players has been lost". I get in a game about 25% of the time. What can I do? And do you guys think ill get disconnected when I join an event this weekend?

Agreed with Eddie. That's a router problem. You may or may not be able to change the strictness. I can on mine, but it doesn't do anything different connection wise. The only possible solution is to get a better router.

Eddie pretty much answered it, he's probably the smartest one in the forums that can understand an internet problem

Eddie ftw lol.

To add, the reason you may be having this problem is because you have too many devices on the same router, using interwebs intensive resources like youtube, downloading, etc. As 'non intensive' as those sound, they will put a lot more strain on an older router than one of those new 'n' routers, as my friends call em. ;)

So yeah, router sucks, like everyone has previously said. Just thought I'd let you know why it sucks! :) Until you upgrade, you should disable wifi on devices you aren't using, to at least help with the nat problem.

That's not entirely true. I have the N router (I think, well, it's the one that sends it's signal the farthest and strongest, and it still doesn't let me play anything online with other people. Glad it's not my modem/ISP. Otherwise, I'd be pretty ticked.

You're absolutely right, an n router won't do shit if the devices you're running don't have a wifi card to support its capabilities.
